Cocktail hour Hostess
Fee (2hrs): $250
As your dedicated hostess, I am here to ensure that your event is seamless and enjoyable for both you and your guests. From the moment they arrive, I will be the warm presence that welcomes them, breaking the ice and fostering a comfortable atmosphere. Collecting gifts and cards, I'll engage with your guests, capturing their smiles with photographs, whether they wish for solo portraits or cherished moments with their partners. With my PA system at the ready, I will fill the venue with music to complement the mood, all while coordinating with vendors to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Rest assured, I will be your vigilant eyes and ears throughout the event, allowing you to bask in the joy of your love bubble, worry-free.
Reception Hostess
Fee for 4 hours: $750
As the master of ceremonies for your reception, I will ensure seamless coordination and cooperation with the Vendors involved in the celebration. My services include a four-hour commitment to the event, with the option to extend my attendance at a rate of $100 per hour. Throughout the planning process, we will collaborate to develop a detailed run sheet. I will assist in organizing family and friends for photos, managing the signing of the guestbook, and coordinating the timing for photos. Additionally, I will facilitate the collection of song requests to be passed on to the DJs, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for you and your guests.
For the train to sail smoothley you need an organised and well versed conductor!
Bonus because I will be sober too!
